- Until further notice, OHA business offices are closed to the public for customer service.
- Employees are expected to report to work for their scheduled duties based on direction from their supervisor/director scheduled duties unless they are experiencing symptoms of illness.
- Updated June 15, 2020: The use of a face covering while performing essential functions and tasks is mandatory for all OHA employees when interacting with others both in the field and while in social spaces. Face coverings are required when you may be within 30 ft of others.

County health orders in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, and San Mateo now require all riders to wear face coverings inside BART stations and on-board trains. Enforcement begins on Wednesday, April 22. Read more on this and other BART updates here.
OHA continuously monitors the weather, traffic and safety conditions that could potentially impact our employees, clients and business operations. At this time there is no anticipated impact.
