MTW Activities Planned for FY 2009
As OHA enters its fifth year under MTW, the Authority continues to pursue a series of on-going initiatives, consider and test a wide variety of policy changes, and make significant improvements to its tenant programs.
Previous Annual Plans and Annual Reports
OHA became an MTW housing authority in 2004. As such, an Annual Plan and an Annual Report will be published every year. The Annual Plan provides an overview of OHA programs and describes the MTW initiatives and program or policy changes under consideration. The Annual Report compares OHA's performance with the Annual Plan.
