Listing Properties Listing your property has never been easier. The Housing Authority has partnered with Gosection8, which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties at no charge. Through www.gosection8.com/oakland, listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market. To list your property, please visit www.gosection8.com and easily input your property's information or call the toll free number (866) 466-SEC8 and follow the prompts. By partnering with www.gosection8.com the Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) will be able to still offer the value-added service of free print and online listings but with less overhead, allowing more time to devote to our clients and landlords. Please note that all properties listed before August 1, 2007 must be re-listed and property owners must re-register each property in order to begin listing rental units on the new system.
