The Family and Community Partnerships department hosts or supports an array of events year-round, from block parties to money management, that benefit the families we serve.

Advances the vision that all OHA youth will attend school, enroll in kindergarten on time, have proficient literacy by 3rd grade, graduate from high school and be prepared for college and/or a career upon high school graduation.

Support with resume and cover letter writing, completing job applications, interview clothing, construction training, job tools & licenses, money management, continuing ed and more!

Facilitates economic self-sufficiency​ while contributing to the stabilization of Oakland neighborhoods.  We educate you about what it means to be a homeowner and the steps it takes to become one.

FCP offers supportive services through emergency assistance, help with everyday needs, access to computer labs and technology and health and wellness programming.​

Residents who are engaged through civic leadership are able to improve the quality of life in OHA communities through volunteerism, dialogue, problem solving and community partnership.

FSS offers participants case management services, referrals to educational and job training opportunities and ongoing support to aid families as they improve their quality of life while achieving family and personal goals.
