Casa Sueños Affordable Housing Pre-Applications

Casa Sueños is accepting pre-applications for affordable housing through the Doorway Housing Portal.

Available homes include studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. Some apartments include accessibility features for individuals with mobility or hearing disabilities. Applicants with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Application Period

Pre-applications will be accepted from August 3, 2026, through August 14, 2026.

How to Apply

You may apply in one of the following ways:

  • Complete an online pre-application through the Alameda County Housing Portal:
    https://housingbayarea.mtc.ca.gov/
  • Download and print a paper application.
  • Call (323) 649-6402 to request that a paper application be mailed to you.
  • Pick up a paper application at:

Already on a Wait List?

If you have already completed a Waitlist Pre-Application your application will go through a lottery process for placement on one or more Waitlists, based on the program(s) to which you applied. Status is not provided by telephone. OHA will communicate with Applicants via email about their pre-application status.

Applicants may return to the Applicant Portal to report a change of address.
