Eligibility: The head of household must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated when the application is submitted.

Application period: September 16, 2026, through September 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

Applications may be submitted online through the Doorway Housing Portal. Paper applications will be available beginning September 16, 2026, at the address below.

Paper applications may be picked up on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Status is not provided by telephone. OHA will communicate with Applicants via email about their pre-application status.
