Public Housing families must complete a family composition reexamination annually and an income reexamination as scheduled by OHA. The frequency of the income reexamination is determined by the family’s source of income. Reexamination will be scheduled every:

• Year (annual) for families who report no income, income from non-wage sources, mixed income from fixed sources, or families enrolled in the Family Self Sufficiency Prog​ram.
• Two years (biennial) for families that report at least one established income from wage earnings
• Three years (triennial) for elderly and disabled families receiving all income from a fixed source (Social security, Pension)
