How To Become An OHA Vendor

Doing Business with OHA

OHA is committed to developing strong vendor relations. We recognize that your time is valuable, and therefore we have staff dedicated to working with you throughout the procurement process. We encourage all vendors to observe the following rules:

  • No orders accepted, goods sent, or services initiated without a Purchase Order Number provided by CCGS staff to initiate the process.
  • Sales Representatives should communicate directly with CCGS prior to contacting non-CCGS staff directly.

How To Do Business with OHA

Primary areas in which OHA does business:

  • Construction – Rehabilitation of buildings and housing structures
  • Goods – Office Supplies, Equipment, Tangible Products, etc.
  • Services – Legal Services, Resident Services, Maintenance, etc.
  • Surplus – Used goods that OHA has deemed no longer useful or has reached the end of its useful life.

RFPs and Bid Status

OHA maintains a directory of vendors that register to be notified of upcoming/open bid opportunities. By registering, vendors will be notified of opportunities that align with their identified areas of interest selected during the registration process. Vendors may modify or delete their registration at any time.
