Join the Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) and Oakland Affordable Housing Preservation Initiatives, Inc. (OAHPI) during Affordable Housing Month for an open house celebrating the grand reopening of 9746 Plymouth in East Oakland. This three-unit property recently underwent extensive renovations, including structural, interior, and exterior upgrades to preserve these homes for Oakland families. The event will highlight OHA’s ongoing commitment to maintaining quality affordable housing in the community.

**This is primarily an outdoor event –  After the conclusion of the program, attendees also will have the opportunity to view unit interiors of an upstairs and a downstairs apartment.  Light refreshments will be served.
