Each participant will achieve homeownership in his or her own time. Each participant has a different financial history (credit, debt, savings) and different family circumstances. You will work closely with your homeownership coordinator to accomplish your goal of homeownership at a pace that is right for you. Becoming a homeowner is a journey, not a race. Once you are ready, a homeownership counseling agency will guide you through the steps required to become a homeowner.
