An affordable apartment community in Oakland. 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments available. Accepting applications for the waiting list from 9:00 AM on Monday, August 12th, until 5:00 PM on Monday, August 26th. 

How to apply?
Visit the Alameda County Housing Portal to apply at: https://housing.acgov.org/preview/listings/ce56d8fb-b2de-4fee-9b91-b50860868f58. You may pick up a paper copy of a pre-application at 1350 7th St in Oakland, CA.

Already on a Wait List?​​

If you have already completed a Waitlist Pre-Application your application will go through a lottery process for placement on one or more Waitlists, ​based on the program(s) to which you applied. Status is not provided by telephone. OHA will communicate with Applicants via email about their pre-application status. Applicants may return to the Applicant Po​rtal​ to report a change of address.
