Waitlist opening soon for Studio, 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom Project-Based Voucher (PBV) assisted units located at 2100 Nevin Avenue in Richmond, CA.  Apply beginning 10am on August 2, 2021 Restrictions apply. 

NOTE: 3- and 4-bdrm households headed by a head of household or spouse that is 62 years of age or older are highly encouraged to apply.

Already on a Wait List?​​

If you have already completed a Waitlist Pre-Application your application will go through a lottery process for placement on one or more Waitlists, ​based on the program(s) to which you applied. Status is not provided by telephone. OHA will communicate with Applicants via email about their pre-application status. Applicants may return to the  Applicant Po​rtal​ to report a change of address.
