​​Waiting List Opening Soon

Monarch Homes is opening its waiting list for one-bedroom Project-Based Voucher units on April 24, 2024, at 9:00 am. Applications will be available to submit online.  Online applications must be submitted on Alameda County Housing Portal (https://housing.acgov.org/listings) by 5:00 PM on May 8, 2024. 

Paper applications will be available at the property (3268 San Pablo Avenue, Oakland, CA) at the following times:

• Friday, April 26, 2024, 12 noon - 4pm
• Monday, April 29, 2024, 12 noon - 4pm
• Friday, May 3, 2024, 12 noon - 4pm
• Monday, May 6, 2024, 12 noon - 4pm

Already on a Wait List?​​

If you have already completed a Waitlist Pre-Application your application will go through a lottery process for placement on one or more Waitlists, ​based on the program(s) to which you applied. Status is not provided by telephone. OHA will communicate with Applicants via email about their pre-application status. Applicants may return to the Applicant Po​rtal​ to report a change of address.
