In partnership with the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC), the Oakland Housing Authority is pursuing a new 100% affordable family development at 11th Street & Jackson Street in Downtown Oakland. The site was acquired by the Oakland Housing Authority and the current proposal is to develop 71 apartments for low-income families along with ground floor commercial space.
